Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and has been in the post-frame construction industry since 2010.

After graduating from college, Kurt worked in sales and served as the Vice President of Marketing for the Bahler Group companies.

Since 2023, Kurt has served as President of BG Buildings. He is passionate about empowering the customer so they can build with confidence.

Brad grew up in north-central Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing.

After college, he spent 12 years working for Stryker Orthopedics and Zimmer Biomet, where he focused on business development and sales. 

Brad is the VP of Business Development at BG Buildings. He is passionate about building a high-performing sales team, identifying new market segments, and providing leadership with a clear vision.

Brad has been married to his wife, Lesley, for 20 years. They have two children, Avery and Beckett.

He enjoys spending time with his family, attending baseball games, coaching, fishing, hiking, hunting, and traveling. They are members of Northview Christian Church.

Tyler Musk serves as the Operations Manager at BG Buildings, bringing 13 years of experience in the post-frame construction industry to the team.

Starting as a laborer, Tyler worked up to leadership roles, showcasing his dedication, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities. He holds an associate's degree in business from Kankakee Community College, which complements his extensive field expertise.

In his role, Tyler oversees the operational functions of BG Buildings. He collaborates with internal departments to ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and coordinate deliveries. His work is vital to the company and its success, and he credits BG Buildings for contributing to his personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Lauren, have been married for 8 years and are proud parents to their daughter, Adalynn.

Whether enjoying family time or tackling personal projects, Tyler's enthusiasm for excellence shines through in every aspect of his life.

Adam Beer joined BG Buildings with a unique blend of agricultural experience and business expertise.

A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Business and Engineering, Adam combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills to deliver accurate, cost-effective solutions for customers.

Before joining BG Buildings, Adam gained hands-on experience working on his family’s hog farm in Milford, Indiana, where he developed a strong foundation in animal confinement structures and agricultural operations. He also worked as a Business Systems Analyst Intern at CNH Industrial and a Business Operations Intern at Leman Engineering and Consulting.

At BG Buildings, Adam is responsible for estimating retail truss packages, coordinating deliveries, managing change orders, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. He also reviews product offerings to identify cost-effective options and optimize solutions for customers. His attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement make him a strong asset to the team.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Chelby, and their daughter, Jade. He is an avid sports enthusiast who plays basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. He also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

David Hobbs joined the BG Buildings team as an Estimator, bringing a strong blend of technical knowledge and hands-on construction experience.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Systems Management from Purdue University. He spent eight years as a Project Engineer before owning his own residential remodeling and post-frame construction business.

With a problem-solving mindset and a calm, steady approach under pressure, David plays a key role in reducing estimating timelines and improving turnaround times. He helps ensure a smooth experience for BG Buildings customers from the very first step.

Outside of work, David enjoys camping, farming, and restoring antique tractors. David and his wife are raising three children. His deep roots in agriculture and construction make him a natural fit for the BG Buildings team.

Kyle Haun brings 11 years of construction industry experience, including 3 years specializing in post-frame construction, to his role as a Material Take-Off Specialist at BG Buildings.

From crafting drawings to creating precise building material lists, Kyle is crucial in ensuring our customers’ construction projects run smoothly. His favorite part of the job is problem-solving. He thrives on tackling challenges and finding solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family. He is married and a proud father of two daughters. When he’s not with his family, you’ll likely find him pursuing his passions for hunting and racing.

Sara Kippenbrock joined the BG Buildings team in September 2025. She brings six years of engineering experience, specializing in agricultural building systems. She earned both her B.S. in Agricultural Engineering – Animal Production Systems (2020) and her M.S. in Agricultural Engineering (2021) from Iowa State University.

Her professional background includes serving as a Project Management Assistant for agricultural projects at Iowa State University Facilities Planning and Management (2017–2019) and working as a Project Engineer at Energy Panel Structures in Graettinger, IA (2021–2025). These roles provided her with valuable experience in engineered livestock building packages and sharpened her ability to deliver accurate and efficient solutions for customers.

Known for her strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right, Sara plays a key role in strengthening BG Buildings' customer confidence in the building packages offered. Her engineering expertise ensures projects are backed by both technical knowledge and practical insight.

Outside of work, Sara and her husband stay busy raising their young son on their family farm, where they own beef cattle and sheep. She also enjoys gardening—whether growing vegetables or cultivating cut flowers—along with cooking, baking, and being active in Christ the King Catholic Parish.

With 8 years of experience in post-frame construction, Dylan is a trusted resource for customers looking to build or restore pole barns. Whether providing expert advice on building materials or guiding DIYers through the process, he’s on the front line to ensure every construction project succeeds.

Dylan’s honesty, confidence, independence, and extensive knowledge make him a reliable partner for customers navigating their construction needs. Drawing on his construction background, Dylan understands the value of having a knowledgeable guide and takes pride in filling that role.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys basketball and hunting.
